Opening times 08:00 to 18:00
Early Bird
(Fee Before CCS)- No Cancellations/Refunds available
- All excursions incur extra cost of $20.
- Sibling discount not applicable
General Booking
(Fee Before CCS)- Cancel via email (full session refund with $50 cancellation fee with 7 days notice
- All excursions incur extra cost of $20.
- Sibling Discount applicable
Short Notice
(Fee Before CCS)- Can be accepted up until 10am the day of the booking.
- No Cancellations/Refunds available

Updating Payment Details
on Xap Smile App
You can update your direct debit details through the Xap Smile app.
To do this, please follow these instructions:
1. Open the Xap Smile app
2. Click on the menu icon on the bottom right of the screen (with three lines)
3. Click on Family
4. Click on Payment Account
5. Select the relevant account and click on ‘edit’ next to payment details
